- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I had an account get overdrawn. I missed the thirty day pay back mark by TWO DAYS. I didn't get a letter or anything of the sort. They didn't say it went to collections when I paid it off. The account never closed and stayed in "good standing". Got a ping that I had a new derogatory mark on my credit, a collection. I went up to the credit union as soon as I saw it and asked if anything could be done. They said no. So thanks for nothing at all. I will be closing my account ASAP and will recommend penair to no one. AL Credit Union is such a better choice and they forgive if you forget by a day or two to pay something. Not to mention they try to help you build your credit not ruin it.By Tori Applegate, July 08, 2017
