  I am a single woman who went to this dealership to purchase a car. The sales staff were all so nice that I thought I was dealing with a respectable dealership. I purchased a 2009 Malibu and drove it two hours back home. That was practically the last drive before things started to go wrong. When I purchased the car it was still cool. So no a/c was needed during the test drive. The heat worked great but when it came time to use the air conditioner it does not work. The locks don't work. I brought a new remote and tried to have it programmed only to find out it can not be made to work the locks. Now I have not even had the vehicle for a year with less than 200,000 miles and I power steering warnings and apparent transmission problems. If you are thinking of buying a car from these people. Especially if it is used. They are obviously more interested in making money than making sure they are not selling customers a lemon. WOMEN BEWARE!

  I had the best experience at Southern Chevrolet. I was a first time buyer, and Randall McMillan was very patient with me. I test drove a few vehicles and when I found the one I wanted, Chris with financial services got me set. He explained everything in detail and set up my auto loan with no problems.

  Have purchased many cars from Southern Chevrolet over the past 20 years. Whether the vehicle was new or used the service I received was personal, friendly and obviously a fair price. The last two vehicles I purchased was with Ms. Ashley H and her attention to detail in customer service is outstanding.
